Both teams involved in the friendly MUST be members of the SYFA.If both teams are in our League, then email me with opponents, age, venue, date, and kick-off time and I will email you back a permit.If opponents are outwith our League then you MUST contact Jim Smith at the West Region who will issue a permit at a cost of £2.Permit must be printed off and given to referee, who must send it to me along with teamlines from both teams.
